You get full access to the Professional plan for 30 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose the plan that fits your firm or contact us to discuss a custom arrangement. Your data is always yours; we'll export it for you if you decide not to continue.
Your plan is based on the number of active clients in your Amaea account. An active client is any client record that is being monitored by the platform. Archived or inactive clients do not count. If you approach your plan limit, we'll notify you in advance so you can upgrade before any disruption.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.
Most firms are fully live within 5 business days. Our onboarding team handles the Intelliflo and SharePoint integration, imports your client data, and trains your compliance team on the platform. Enterprise clients with complex setups typically take 2-3 weeks.
